Healing Ulcer's & Gerd Naturally

Recently I learned some natural alternatives for individuals suffering from GERD, Heartburn, and possibly even an Ulcer. Typically an ulcer is caused by a bacteria called by H.Pylori but without a test you won’t know for certain. There are several dietary changes that you certainly must make in order to reduce your symptoms.

Avoid The Following

  • Alcohol

  • Caffeine

  • Chocolate

  • Spicy Foods

  • Stress
